VITALMEDMD was founded by a U.S. Army veteran and certified Physician Assistant with 20 years of multi-disciplinary clinical experience — from emergency medicine to primary and metabolic care.
After two decades inside traditional clinical systems, our founder built VITALMEDMD to deliver something rarer than convenience: direct, unfiltered access to a senior clinician. No call-center triage, no disposable providers — every visit is led personally.
The work is rooted in a simple principle from military medicine: discipline, evidence, and the patient in front of you.
